Faculty

Pathways School Gurgaon's faculty is the cornerstone of our commitment to excellence in education. Our teaching team is highly qualified, with most of them holding Masters and PhD degrees in their fields. We take pride in recruiting educators with extensive domestic and international experience, and provide a comprehensive orientation to acquaint them with the IB methodology. Many of our faculty members are also IB examiners and evaluators.

We place a great emphasis on maintaining a low Student-Teacher Ratio of 1:8 across the school, thereby ensuring personalized care and guidance for every student. We adhere to specific guidelines for class size, with a maximum of 24 students in Nursery to Grade 8 and 20 students in Pre-Nursery and Grades 9 to 12.

Our academic team includes a wide range of specialist educators with relevant qualifications and work experience in their respective fields, including physical education, design technology, visual arts, music, dance, and drama. These specialists bring a wealth of domain expertise, thereby enhancing our students' learning experiences. In the spirit of inclusivity, Pathways School Gurgaon also employs dedicated educators who help students on our learning support programme building a community of individuals who understand one another’s strengths.

All staff members undergo various safety and security trainings like the emergency response training, momentum workshop, first responder workshop, fire drills, first aid training, CPP workshop, NLP workshop, SEE learning curriculum, gifted programme, etc.
