Working with Pathways

At Pathways School Gurgaon, we are deeply committed to safeguarding our students and promoting their welfare; and all our staff members are required to share this commitment. As part of our hiring process, we conduct comprehensive child protection screening for all applicants (including but not limited to employment background checks and other screenings appropriate to the role), and all applicants must be willing to undergo the same.

Staff employed at the school are expected to uphold the highest standards of responsible and respectful behaviour. PSG’s detailed Staff Code of Conduct outlines the professional and ethical standards expected in the performance of duties and in interactions with the wider community. Adherence to this Code is mandatory, and all new staff members are required to read, understand, and sign it upon joining.

We Require

Skilled, enthusiastic, imaginative Indian and foreign educators who can bring out the best in students, responding to different abilities and interests and employing various methodologies including guided discovery, discussions, projects, computer simulations, and even whiteboard and pen.

At Pathways School Gurgaon, we embrace an innovative educational framework, supported by skilled educators and administrators. Although they will certainly benefit from training, we subscribe to the idea that first-class teachers are born not made. Style is important. If your style is primarily didactic, 'chalk-and-talk' then Pathways is not for you.
