I don’t think I’d be the star

No concession stand

No adoring fans

Just me and my blue heart

If my life was a movie

I don’t think I’d have it all

No grand premiere

No red carpets here

But I’d still stand tall

If my life was a movie

It would be filled with ordinary moments

No dramatic plot twists 

No Oscar-worthy speeches 

But in the mundane, I’d find my own sweet torment

If my life was a movie

I’d savour every role I play

In each scene I’d find joy every day

If my life was a movie

I’d embrace the ordinary’s grace

In simple moments I’d reclaim

The beauty of life’s gentle pace
