The session was led by Ms. Aishwarya Chawla, a Psychotherapist, Narrative Practitioner and Gold Medallist from TISS. Ms. Aishwarya began with an engaging interactive activity to warm up the students and faculty. Following the activity, Ms. Aishwarya highlighted the importance of creating a safe space where participants can openly share their concerns, emphasizing the need for trust within the group. She then guided the group through a discussion on bullying, encouraging participants to share what they understood about the different forms it can take. This naturally led to a conversation about the emotional and mental impact on both the victim and the bully.
